Liberal democracy reigns
"Liberal democracy" is of course the one where if you don't like how a vote tallies, you keep doing it over until you do. It's alive and well in Germany - ZDF yanks the poll again.

Did you notice the second poll was more than 10 points greater than the last one for bush? Sure, lets run another poll and see if he can get even higher.

Thank you, Jeremy. Now, the real question - will the UN observervation team try to keep making us vote over and over until it comes out the way they'd like?
And yes, I did notice - but then that was also with only about half as many total votes as the first poll. For some reason, the Kerry voters seem to have scattered after the first poll. There was some speculation on that over here.
