A different election projection -

LANDOVER, Md. (AP) - Since 1936, the outcome of the Redskins' last home game before the election has correctly predicted the winner of the election.

Well, Doug, just as the Pat's record was broken this weekend, so, I hope, will this record. After all, it's only 16!

Doug, I also forgot to mention that U of Maryland football team beat Flordia State last saturday. First time ever, after loosing 14 straight games.
Also, as Jane mentioned in another blog, the Red Sox streak of loosing came to an end. Also, looks now as the Redskins streak bit the dust.

Looks like it was the week for streaks to come to an end....thankfully!
